Put Your Property Data on Full Color (Map) Display

When you create a Property record, you can geocode the property and it will display in map views on the Staff Site and Public Site. A map view is a full color map display of your properties. ePropertyPlus uses Google map base layers, plus the power of Carto DB, to put intuitive map displays in your hands.

Use ePropertyPlus as a GIS Viewer

ePropertyPlus lets you configure filters and queries, so your Users can drill down into your property data and inventory. On the Staff Site, property map visualizations let you view properties by status or intensity. For the Staff and Public Site, you can import, configure, and display external map layers from a GIS system, and ePropertyPlus becomes a light-weight GIS map viewer. ePropertyPlus will unpack standard zip files, making configuration easy.

Leverage Built-in Map Tools

ePropertyPlus map tools – custom boundaries, radial dimension, map visualizations – and simple search, filter, and query options allow Users to select properties for display in the Staff and Public Sites. The map views and list views work in tandem; as you update one, the system updates the other. This makes it possible to work with large quantities of property data and empower your User with maps.

Public Site

ePropertyPlus Public Site is a fully-integrated website used by ePropertyPlus Subscribers to advertise properties for sale or disposition. Subscribers can decide what information to share for each property, associate properties to specific application types, and allow the public to engage with and apply for property. If you want to run a live property auction or a vacant property registration program, Public Site allows you to do that, too.

Configure Page Layouts

Style and format how you want your data to be displayed, including adding links, images, and custom pages for each property profile. Use a "featured properties" landing page to highlight your best or most important properties. When a visitor clicks on a property...

...the user will see a unique Property Profile page that allows them to scroll images, view in a Map View, or apply using a simply "Apply" button.

Automatic Data Updates

As you update your property records in ePropertyPlus, you can share those updates automatically on your Public Site, eliminating data entry redundancy and burdensome synchronization routines. If you need to publish or unpublish a property, add a custom page to explain program offerings or rules, or change listing details, you can do that in ePropertyPlus staff site and those changes are reflected automatically on Public Site.

Online Applications

Configure online applications – as many as you like – to allow an applicant to submit an Application to acquire a property. Configure each application type to gather the information needed to review and approve dispositions. Leverage required fields or optional fields to cut down on incomplete applications and to guide the applicant to give you the information you need. Collect uploads or attachments, documents, and deploy digital signatures, all with ePropertyPlus Applications. On the staff side, applications use built-in workflows to efficiently allow staff to process applications and communicate statuses to applicants.

Applicants can submit documents, images or attachments, digitally sign applications, make payments and update applications over multiple sessions.

Mobile Friendly

Public Site is optimized for display on any mobile device, making it easy for the public to search for property and apply for properties anytime and anywhere. Users can also access their login accounts to recieve important updates on applications previously submitted.

Google Analytics

Integrate with Google Analytics to gain insight about your audience and their interest. Analytics can help identify a property that is getting a ton of interest or those that visitors might be overlooking.

Integrate With Social Media

Mobile App

ePropertyPlus Mobile App puts the power of your ePropertyPlus web application into the palm of your hand. ePropertyPlus Mobile App is for users who need to get out of the office without losing access to their property records. Perform field work, conduct site inspections, assign field services to third parties, or do all the things you can do in the office wherever you have an internet capable device.  ePropertyPlus Mobile is fully responsive, features an offline mode, and works across tablets, iOS, and Android devices.

Some of the things you can do:

Access Inventory

It’s easy to view and edit Property or Service records, check on the status of a field Service or create a new one. Open and view attachments and take photos. Look up key contact information, update fields, or attach a note for follow-up. No internet? Use Offline Mode to make updates to their property inventory and refresh when you reconnect.

Take Pictures

Use ePropertyPlus Mobile app to take a photo or upload existing pictures to ePropertyPlus. Users can attach one photo or a group of photos, which is especially useful for taking before and after conditions, documenting services, or doing site inspections.

Enter Notes

ePropertyPlus Notes is a way for Users to create and attach notes to a property record, service record, or a party record. You can configure different kinds of Notes for all your business needs. Organize Notes with filters, use queries to pull them up and archive them when they’re no longer needed.

ePropertyPlus Mobile App comes with every ePropertyPlus subscription and is available for download by paid Subscribers and their authorized users.

Auctions on demand = better sales

ePropertyPlus is already a one-stop platform for managing, marketing, & selling real property. With ePropertyPlus Auctions, subscribers can leverage the excitement & efficiency of online auctions to attract more buyers and achieve optimal sale prices. Optional integrations, like DocuSign & online payment processing, make it that much better!

Here's how it works:

STEP 1: Enable ePropertyPlus with Auctions

ePropertyPlus Auctions are now available to ePropertyPlus Subscribers and can be enabled on demand. After Auctions are enabled, you select property to sell using one or more auction events. Events run on the ePropertyPlus Public Site.

ePropertyPlus empowers subscriber users to configure ePropertyPlus to support their unique needs.

Auction events can have unique start- and end-times or end dynamically. You can set the opening minimum bid & bid increment and customize bidder email notifications to keep bidders informed. Setting up an auction event takes a matter of minutes.

STEP 2: Let Bidders Register &  Place Bids

Auction events take place on ePropertyPlus Public Site. Bidders create Public Site user accounts and register to participate. You can customize the registration form to collect as little or as much information as you need from your bidders. Once they are registered, ePropertyPlus will let them know when the auction event is going to begin and let them place bids via Public Site.

Bidders can register and participate online from whereever they are.

STEP 3: Track Bids & Keep  Bidders Engaged

During each auction event, ePropertyPlus captures bids & bid histories (for audit purposes) and updates bidders with the current high bid and time remaining. System-delivered emails & notifications to their Public Site user accounts ensure auction events are convenient & transparent.

Bidders can track event updates and make new bids.
STEP 4: Complete the Auction Event

When an auction event is done, you can use  ePropertyPlus to notify the winning and non-winning bidders via email and create sales closing documents using ePropertyPlus  Document Generation. ePropertyPlus also integrates with DocuSign, so if you want to have a 100% digital process, you can. Similarly, if you want to collect payments online, we can integrate ePropertyPlus to sync with your payment processing platform.
